How to Escalate Snapdeal Complaint and How to Speak to Snapdeal Customer Care.

Snapdeal customers face a lot of challenges like delayed delivery, damaged product deliveries replacement and refund issues etc.

I recently ordered a 50 inches Micromax TV and received a broken screen TV. I raised a replacement request but later decided that I should go for a refund instead. With this change of plan, Snapdeal closed the refund link. I wanted to reactivate the refund link but soon realised that Snapdeal has a very poor customer service setup. The helpline is IVR, chat system is very poor and even after writing to Kunal Behl, the CEO there was no help.

But today I discovered a way to speak to their Customer Care Executives.

Today I tried calling the customer care IVR again. Immediately after the call got connected, the system asks to input your registered number. Do not input your registered number. Wait for the other options. When asked, dial 5 for account related issues. Then dial 4 when asked for. Finally dial 1 to speak to customer service representative.
